Instruction Sessions

These Instruction Sessions are through Blackboard Collaborate. All sessions are one hour.

March 8th 2pm (Thursday): Navigating the ANU Library

  • This live session will provide an interactive overview of the ANU library website. Join us to learn more about the many services and resources that the library has to offer.

March 15th  2pm (Thursday): Introduction to EBSCO Business Source Elite

  •  Join your business librarian, Brittany Ford, to learn how to use the library’s new online business database. This session will go over how to access the Business Source Elite database and how to use the database’s search tools.

March 29nd 2pm (Thursday): Introduction to Computers & Applied Sciences Complete 

  • Join your librarian to learn how to use the library’s new computer and applied sciences database. This live session will go over how to access the Computers & Applied Sciences Complete database and how to use the database’s search tools.

April 5th 2pm (Thursday): Beginning Health Science Research

  • Join your librarian for an introduction to conducting health science research using the library's resources. This live session will cover formulating a research question and locating information using the Health Source: Nursing/Academic and Nursing Reference Center databases. Bring your research questions!

April 19th 2pm (Thursday): Drop-In Session with a Librarian

  • Need help with your research? Not sure how to cite sources for a paper? Have some questions or suggestions for the library? Take a minute to drop in and chat with one of your librarians! We will be available from 2 – 3pm EST to answer any of your questions or listen to your suggestions. We’d love to hear from you!
